Our professionals are dual qualified with both a technical and legal qualification comprising; barristers, chartered arbitrators, registered adjudicators, accredited mediators and expert determiners. Our professionals are members of and/or on the approved panels of nominating bodies such as FIDIC, CEDR, TECBAR, CIArb, CIOB and IChemE and have working knowledge and experience of all the leading standard construction and engineering contracts such as JCT, FIDIC, NEC, IChemE, ACE amongst others.
Our professionals have extensive experience concerning contractual advice on, projects; hospitals, railways, energy; power stations, bio plants, petrochemical, bridges, office blocks, roads, schools, sports centres, housing developments and apartment blocks with issues in relation to: hydrology, electrical, sprinklers and void protection, flood damage, dilapidations, diminution in value, green oak buildings, modular buildings, ground conditions.
