Our clients have said:

“We have used Blinch for some years now for both non-contentious and contentious matters including general contract advice and more serious issues in relation to adjudication and arbitration. We have experienced success in these proceedings where we recovered exactly what we were claiming. We were most impressed by Blinch’s approach to avoid disputes rather than engage in them.”

“We engaged Blinch to draft all the bespoke contract documents for the procurement of contractors and professional appointments for architects and engineers to satisfy the bank’s lawyers to enable funding of a project to the value of £30m. They negotiated contracts with contractors and later avoided disputes by encouraging mediation. The project was successfully delivered and completed without any resort to litigation. In relation to other matters our response in adjudication was successful and our counterclaim in litigation was successfully recoverd”

What Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners say about our lawyers:

“..excellent commercial insight thanks in part to pre-legal career in construction. Provides expert and detailed advice in construction….”

“.. understands what the client wants to achieve and particularly good at arguments over value and defects. Very strong in adjudication and arbitration.”
